While every effort is made to maintain 100% availability of Resene TechSpec from time-to-time system updates and configuration changes will be necessary to improve reliability and functionality of the system which may lead to temporary down-time of the system while this takes place. Resene will make every effort to maintain optimal performance of the TechSpec system and will monitor all usage to ensure the application performs in a timely fashion.
